Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy FocusedCEOs Political Branding Thank you for your interest in FocusedCEOs Political Branding services. In order to provide every client with focused strategy, preparation, and professional service, the following booking policy applies to all consultations and services. Consultation Booking All strategy sessions and consultations must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the meeting details. Consultation Fee Consultation fees are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This ensures dedicated time for reviewing your campaign goals, branding needs, and marketing strategy. Consultation fees may be credited toward future services if a campaign branding package is booked within 7 days of the consultation. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may require a new booking fee. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to respect other client appointments. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling. No Shows Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their booking fee. A new consultation must be scheduled to continue services. Campaign Project Booking For campaign branding projects, a deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance will be scheduled according to the service agreement or project timeline. Communication After your consultation, clients who move forward with services will receive a project outline, timeline, and communication process to ensure a smooth campaign branding experience.
